Terms of Use for Tabs

Welcome to Tabs. By downloading, accessing, or using the Tabs mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Medical Disclaimer
Tabs is designed for health tracking, personal note-taking, and wellness insight purposes only. Tabs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or health goal.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tabs for any unlawful purpose or to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application or backend APIs.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, text, and graphics associated with Tabs are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal health notes and logs created within your account.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
7. Subscription Terms (Tabs Premium)
Tabs offers an optional paid subscription ("Tabs Premium") sold exclusively through Google Play billing:
- Plans and price: Monthly plan at $5.99 per month; Yearly plan at $39.99 per year. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required; the exact charge shown at checkout in Google Play controls.
- Billing period: Your subscription renews on a recurring basis each month (Monthly plan) or each year (Yearly plan).
- Free trial: New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends and your subscription converts to a paid subscription at the plan price then in effect, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: Payment is charged to your Google Play account and your subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via Google Play: open the Google Play Store, go to your Subscriptions (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), select Tabs Premium, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Price changes: We will provide advance notice of any subscription price changes as required by applicable law and Google Play policy before they take effect, and you will have the opportunity to accept or cancel before the new price applies.
- Refunds: Subscription purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support; we do not process subscription refunds directly.
